Mergivo is subscription software for building and managing online stores. Payment processing, supplier services and delivery depend on the relevant third-party providers.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Before you pay, checkout displays the selected software plan, currency, billing period, total and any applicable trial or renewal terms. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through your Mergivo account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. A one-time access purchase does not automatically renew unless that is expressly disclosed and accepted at checkout.
Refund requests
Email info@mergivo.com with your account email, payment reference, purchase date and reason for the request. We review the applicable offer, service delivery, payment record and any statutory rights, and communicate the outcome by email. Duplicate charges, billing errors and failures to provide a paid service can be reported through the same contact.
Delivered services and optional purchases
Unless applicable law or an express offer provides otherwise, subscription payments, setup fees, domain fees, usage fees and activated add-ons are not refundable once access, provisioning or work has started. Advertising budgets and committed campaign costs are governed by the advertising provisions in our Terms & Conditions. Any voluntary money-back offer applies only on its expressly stated terms; this page does not create an additional performance guarantee.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s requirements. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. We confirm any applicable amount and processing information when the refund is approved. Cancelling a subscription and receiving a refund are separate actions.
Physical product orders
For a product bought from an independent store using Mergivo, contact the selling store and consult its returns and refund policy. Products, return instructions, shipping charges and consumer rights depend on that sale. Mergivo merchants can contact us for platform or supplier-coordination issues.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Read this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.
